Non working new sim. Old sim was also iD

My new sim will not work. I believe I have fikkowed correctly but the phone is not responding. I obviously need help but there is no one to talk to at iD. Iff this cannot be resolved then I will have to change networks networks. being without a mobile is not an option.

We are sorry to hear this. What seems to be the issue when you enter your sim inside the phone? Are you getting no signal on the phone? Have you been unable to activate the sim through the iD app? Please advise.
