Not receiving messages from iPhone

I am on my Samsung s9 and recently have not been receiving messages from any iPhone, I can send them messages and they will receive them though. I do recieve messages from Samsung devices. I have tried putting my sim in another phone and I still did not receive a message. I've also never had this number on a Imessage account or iPhone. any help?

We’re sorry to hear about this issue, it is very strange. You’ve mentioned multiple iPhones however is this happening to texts from multiple people who have iPhones or just the one contact using different iPhones? Also, is this a new issue?

Even though you have not used an iPhone before, just try to deregister the number from the iMessage service just in case this makes any difference at all: https://selfsolve.apple.com/deregister-imessage/
