not registereb on network

Hi peeps, 

I have read with interest other peoples experiences about not registered on network after a software update.

I have this problem and cannot find a resolution.

I have tried restarting, removing SIM, searched for network operators under settings, checked for further updates and checked coverage. Ive come to a dead end and cannot find anyone to talk to by telephone or live chat. 

Please can someone help me!

Sorry for not catching this one sooner @Bantambec 

What phone is it you’re using with the iD SIM?

Were things working totally fine ahead of any recent firmware/ software update you have done?

Do other SIM’s work in the phone if you have another available to test in that?

No worries! I managed to get a new SIM via a very long winded process.

Even though I've activated it, it still says I've got no service/not registered......but have a 3bar signal? I have tried searching for networks in settings. 

I can ring out and receive calls whilst out n about but not at home.

My phone is a S20. All was ok until this update.
