Number Transfer

I was wondering if anyone could help! I have filled the online form in to transfer my number to my ID mobile Sim. 

Three want me to get this completed ASAP so I do not get charged for both services.

I have not received my text from ID mobile to confirm this has now been processed and every time I try and chat with someone on live chat they are busy.


Really want to get it sorted.

Hi @gemmalouiseo 

The porting process can take from 24 to 48 hours to complete. Have you tested the new sim yet by calling and checking if the new number shows?
