Hello I really need further assistance,

I have been speaking to someone via your twitter page who has been unable to help me but passed on your sales team phone number which I can’t speak to because I don’t have an ID phone number, because of this I also can’t use your live chat function or your app.

 

I have ordered a contract huawei p30 pro phone, it did not say anywhere that it was out of stock and I have now been told on Twitter that you aren’t expecting anymore stock, I have no idea what to do I am extremely stressed out and suffer from severe anxiety.

 

i really hope someone can get this sorted ASAP please.
