PAC code not valid

I have received a PAC code from GiffGaff but mistakenly used it via the STAC form as the option to use it wasn't available on the 1st day. It's now available but the number hasn't transferred and when I try to put it into the Transfer my number option, I'm being told either the number is incorrect or the PAC code is. Both are correct.

 

Is the number still in transferring status?

It could well be that he number port request has already been logged and is in process.

Though given it’s been a few days since you posted here you should likely know that by now.

Has the number ported over?

If not, could you try re-submitting the PAC (code) and the mobile number you wish to bring over by logging in to your iD Mobile account.
