People get error messages when trying to call me

Well ID can't help me with their bots. I'm losing customers and now job opportunities because my phone won't ring or accept all calls. It's an issue that's intermittent and it doesn't always go to my answer phone. It isn't related to signal.

Any help before I start my claim to end this contract?

Hi @RJG88 

We are sorry to hear this. You mentioned that this is intermittent when you are unable to receive calls. Is it the same issue when you are making calls? Please try to rest the network settings on your phone as this will reset the carrier settings. Can you also provide me with your Postcode so we can check the coverage in your area?

Thanks Mohsin. There's only been one time where I had to restart my phone as I couldn't get signal where I usually do. I'll have a look and see what else there is in those settings too.
