How do I stop my phone sending messages and calls from both sim numbers?

Hi @Lejenks76,

We’re sorry to hear about that issue! Have you ported a number into us recently or are you using the new number? Also, what was the make/model of your old phone? If it was an iPhone and you’re now on Android, you may need to deregister iMessage here.

I used a pac code to transfer my number from my other phone which are both huawei and android phones. I've always done this when switching contracts and never had this trouble before.
