I have around 4 months left on my s9 contract. My phone randomly will turn off at random % battery sometimes as high as 60. I simply cannot go to a carphone warehouse and their support I cannot get a reply. Any ideas would help please

I’m sorry to hear your device is faulty.
It sounds like this will likely need to go in for a repair.
Repairs can either be done via Samsung directly or via Carphone Warehouse who are authorised on behalf of Samsung.
Visit https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/ to contact Samsung directly if you are unable to visit the Carphone Warehouse store.
You should be able to arrange for a repair via post so this can be sent off to Samsung directly.
