phone not working properly

Hi ,

I purchased a Samsung a21s on a contract with you and have had problems with it calling, on all calls it breaks up,the other people on the other end of the call  says it goes robotic voice and then lose voice altogether. 

I have had the phone back to Samsung 2 times and they have sent it back OK both times ,also when I take the sim card out and put it in another phone it is working OK and never get these symptoms. 

Getting very frustrated with it .

Any help will be appreciated

We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your phone even after sending it off to Samsung. As you have tested the sim in another phone and it works fine in there, this is a clear indication that there is a fault with the phone itself.

We would advise visiting your local Carphone Store and booking the phone in for repair. Alternatively, you can contact Samsung again regarding this and advise them that the issue still remains despite being booked in twice by themselves.
