phone suspended

My contract ended on the 11th of April, I tried contacting ID but all their call services were out of use and I tried to end my contract online however that did not work so my only option was to cancel my direct debit. my account has been suspended which I get why but why are they still sending payments out? Even though they've suspended the account!!!!!

Hi, i have payed my bill 2 days ago and this morning I got an email and text that my account has been suspended. The money did left my account and I do have an email confirmation of the payment. Can you please sort out this problem I have a 5days old baby and I need my phone working to contact my family to get me household essentials.
