phone wont let me call

My phone wont let me ring out ive just paid my bill and everytime i try to ring it says `you have reached the customer payment line your bill is up to date ! But it wont let me ring out 

Id can someone contact me regaurding this issue

Hi @Beth 271 

Please can you switch your phone off, taking the sim out, and then put back in and switch the phone back on. Once done, test the handset to see if you are able to make a call.
