I'm.transfering my number out from ID, and the PAC code you providing to me is not valid it says expiry date is 29/12/2020 which is last month 

 

My number was portdd to ID mobile and now you are giving me exact same PAC number to port out which  does not work.

 

My whole experience with ID has been so bad and this is just icing on the cake.

 

Could you please provide me with a valid pac number that doesn't have a expiry date of 3 week ago!!!
