Ported number unable to receive calls or texts

I switched from EE to ID mobile last week, had the text to say my sim was active. It seemed to be working fine until I realised I couldn’t receive calls or texts. Spoke to the online chat who tried rebooting the device and trying the sim in another phone, which didn’t resolve the issue. A replacement sim has been received and activated today, but this has exactly the same issue! 

I am able to receive texts from ID and other people on the ID network, but no other numbers.

 

Please can someone look into this urgently? 
 

I’ve so far been unable to get through to the online chat today.
