Porting failed

Received text saying my number ported OK.. Can send and receive texts, make calls and shows correct number, can't receive calls.. They still go to EE voicemail. 

Tried live chat and told me to change APN then cut me off and cant get back through as live chat not available.. Not a great start with id..

Can anyone help?

Have you tried powering down the handset for 10 minutes and removing the SIM card? What handset are you using the SIM card in?
