Hi I have both mine and my partners phones with ID pay monthly plans. They are both Huawei. Both phones are not letting us hang up calls or press loud speaker. The screen also shows the phone calls in the notification bar on both. Can anyone help with this please?

I use a Huawei phone too, and what has happened is that the call has been minimised. This can happen by accident if the home/back button has been pressed. To get the call back on the screen, you can press the notifications bar and this will open the call screen again; from here you can manage the call.
You can also pull down the notification bar to open the call again if that’s any easier. Let me know how you get on.
