Safe mode

My phone has gone into Safe mode which means I can’t access Whatsapp and a couple of other things.

What can I do to change it?

Hi @Chris Vickery,

Which phone make and model are you using? Generally speaking, when a phone is in Safe Mode then a reboot of the device (turned completely off and back on again) will get it back into the normal operating system mode.

It’s an Alacatel.  I turn it off over night and this morning it’s OK>

That’s great to hear, thank you for letting us know. Sometimes this happens if you press a button by accident at the same time as turning the phone back on - usually one of the volume buttons.
