How on earth can you resolve something if there are NO options regarding faulty or not working phones? I cannot log into my account online as I cant remember my password and it wants to send a code to my phone! I am going round and round in circles and I need my phone for work. I have tried everything suggested online and I was quoted quite alot to replace screen. I was hoping to see when my contract runs out? HELP
