My Samsung Galaxy A20e has suddenly stopped working and will not turn on and just shows a lightning bolt in a circle when it tries to charge. i think it might need a repair. it is less than a year old on a pay monthly contract.

What you’ve described woth your handset doesn’t sound right at all. I’d recommend taking it into a Carphone Warehouse so that our friends there can assess it, and follow the next appropriate steps to get you and your phone back up and running.
