Hi

This is urgent as my S10  note,  touch screen has stopped working I cannot use the phone. Please can you tell me how can we resolve this?

Hi @Sandrajoana 

We would advise trying a soft reset. You can do this by Pressing and hold the Power + Volume Down buttons for approximately 10 seconds or until the device power cycles. Allow several seconds for the Maintenance Boot Mode screen to appear.
