server not working properly

Since I joined id last week I can't connect to server properly or if at all, I can't connect to my window cleaning online app, I can't connect with sites to do with samsung which means i cant update my phone's software. There's no one to talk to, I'm not impressed with I'd at all.  Glenn Fry

What about accessing other websites? Or are you not able to access any data services?

Does this work fine via WiFi?

 

What does your Access Point Names (APN) settings show?

I have an iPhone 11

its been working fine except this weekend when it was really slow and then today would not load certain sites, wouldn’t connect to ID, I can write to you on this iPad.

 

is there a problem with the server?

 

my wife recently joined you and she has the same issues as I am.

 

please sort ASAP

What happens when the particular sites won’t load? Any error messages?
