Sim card activation

I used the ID mobile app to activate my new sim yesterday (my old one was stolen) it said it can take up to 24 hours and it's been over 24 hours and my card is still not active what can I do?

Just looked at my messages and my sim card is active but it's still only allowing me to make emergency calls I really don't understand why 

I have even unblocked the old sim to see if that works and it is still the same I'm starting to get very frustrated now
