SIM card not working

Hi, I've just ordered a new SIM only contact with iD, however when I have put the new SIM card in my phone it keeps saying "No SIM card". 

My phone is a Pixel 2XL which is unlocked and on the list of approved devices and have tried to restart & use aeroplane mode as suggested in the FAQs but that hasn't worked either. I have also tried it in my girlfriend's Pixel 2 with no luck. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi there @JDL93 

Was this just a regular new SIM-only purchase you made from us?  Or was this a replacement SIM sent for an account you had already?

All new purchases should have the SIM active already and good to go from the day it arrives. 

Are you 100% certain the phones you’re using are unlocked and that no settings in there for a previous network are potentially causing a conflict?

Is there another phone you could maybe try the iD SIM as a test?
