I bought an ID mobile for my sons smart watch but I can’t get the phone to recognise the SIM. If I put my own ID Mobile SIM in the watch it works fine. Do I need to do something to register the SIM to the watch? I have the IMEI number of the watch.

That’s odd if your own SIM is working in the device but the new SIM ordered isn't.
Our SIMS aren’t fully compatible with other devices so it’ll work or be temperamental or not work at all.
Try putting that SIM card inside your device, does this work in your phone?
