Sim not working

Received my new sim for sim only deal yesterday. When I log into my id account it says its active but my phone is telling me its not so cant make calls/texts. My old sim has also been deactivated so I have not had use of my phone for 24 hours! The sim is inserted correctly and I have turned my phone on and off several times. Please help 🙏

Did you activate the SIM via

This might need to be done first.

Which device are you using the SIM in?
