Hi.
I was with BT mobile. I used a PAC code in store to transfer over to my new SIM. I lost my SIM card went into store again and paid for a new one and activated it with them. Today my BT SIM stopped working so I swapped it. My number is the same as someone else's so people can't text or call me. My old number has not transfered and now we are in lockdown. I can't log into the app because the number I have is different to the one I have now so I can't receive a code to log in. It's an absolute shambles. Please someone help because it's stressing me out like crazy!!!Â
