Hi. I've broke the screen on the contract phone I have with you so I've had to buy another samsung phone. I've put my contract sim in it but it will only let me receive and send texts, it wont let me make phone calls. Please call you help?

All mobiles bought from iD should arrive with the right settings already configured.
As you are now using another phone you may need to setup your device, you can get the information you need to setup your phone on the 'Get Your Settings'
