switching my number

I have submitted my PAC code twice 'successfully' and almost 2 weeks have passed still no signs of my number being switched over. I have tried to contact ID mobile on a number of occasions however it has proven impossible! I am new to ID mobile and am not impressed at all. Am going to start looking into leaving them. Do they have no staff working for them I wonder 🤔
