Texts not working

Hi

I've not been able to receive/send texts for the last 5 day.

I upgraded on 4th Dec and activated my sim card.

The last text I sent successfully was on 9th Dec.

I've followed the instructions on ID help with airplane mode, restart, wipe sim card etc that's not worked. Coverage checker said good service, I tried at home and at work (different areas) 

No other issues with phone (Sony Experia model G3121)

Any suggestions what to do please?

We are sorry to hear you have been unable to send/receive text messages on your phone. Have you tested the sim in another phone to see if you are having the same issue?
