unable to connect to 4G

Hi,

I have Samsung S6 and cannot connect to the 4G mobile network  although the phone indicates it is connected. If I select 3G manually in the mobile network menu I can get 3G or H. I have to select this manually  though it wont default to 3G if it cannot connect to 4G. I have tried resetting phone eg on off , removed Sim, reset access point name etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

@Cherrybear1  we’re sorry you are experiencing issues with 4G we are currently looking into this for you. In the mean time, you can check your 4G coverage stability here

Hi Emil,

4G has returned today after nothing at all from yesterday lunchtime.

I guess it must have been a mast issue?
