Can't make or receive calls. Was fine yesterday but nothing today?

Hi @Kirsty Jack 

We are sorry to hear this. Have you tried to turn your phone off, taking the sim out, and then put it back in and switch the phone back on to see if this helps? We would also advise resetting your network settings.

We did have some network issues relating to the sending and receiving of text messages on Saturday, but these have since been fixed. Are you still having the same issue, or is it resolved now?
