I’m unable to send any SMS messages to my brother’s French mobile even though roaming and International are active on my account. There’s no error code. It just says “Not delivered”. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi there
In regards to texting internationally, you would need to ensure you don’t have a spending cap on your account. As texting France would not be free. That’s considered calling/ texting internationally, and not inclusive roaming.

Another thing to consider too would be to ensure you have the right international dialling code ahead of the number, more details on that in the link above too.
