Hi I have a phone that is locked to Id and would like to unlock how do I do this please

Hi @Christinamcd25,

Sure, we’ll see what we can do. If it is an Android device then the phone should already be unlocked but some older iPhones can become locked during use.

What phone make/model is it and are you the original owner?
