Hello ,

I upgrade my plan in November, until now I have been paying the old and the new contract  but the old contract would end in January on 2nd ,this month I paid the old again but today I received an email saying I have outstanding amount to pay for the new contract. 

I just want one contract, I won't be paying 2 Contract 

Could I have more information about it
