Verification code from bank being blocked

Hello, 

I am trying to sign up with Sainsbury’s banking app and I cannot receive their SMS one-time verification codes in order to be able to sign in! I have already called them and they said I need to contact you as it’s likely it has been blocked by iD. 

Please action immediately.

Just to clarify I have been trying to do this since April 2020!!!

Hello @natalieanna,

I was going to suggest the recent outage being the factor, but as you’ve been trying since April 2020 it looks like it could be a different issue.

Have you spoken to your Bank to confirm the number they have recorded is correct?

Have you got any other messaging apps? 

Check them also as the messages may only be showing in that app.
