WiFi Calling and VoLTE

Hi,

I have an HTC U11 which supports VoLTE and WiFi Calling but is not on your officially supported list of handsets. I have switched the options on for both features but neither is currently working. Is there any more that I/you can do? eg, do you need to provision my IMEI number on your network? Do I need to add/modify an APN for IMS/XCAP?

Hi Jamie,

I'm afraid that if the handset is not on our list of supported handsets then we can't guarantee that it will be able to utilise the feature. There aren't any settings that you can change or that we can add to get this to work.

Hopefully, your device will be supported in the near future,
