Hey Madamimadam,

Thanks for getting in touch with us :D

We do need to make you aware that the Samsung Galaxy S7 is not officially supported for WiFi calling, however, the below steps may be helpful in checking if this feature can be used on the phone;

Turn on Wi-Fi and connect to a Wi-Fi network > From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon > Tap Settings > If necessary, slide the Wi-Fi Switch right to the ON position> Tap More connection settings >Tap Wi-Fi Calling> Select one of the following options: Wi-Fi Preferred or Cellular Network Preferred.

If you need any further help with this at all, please let us know.

Thanks,
Jade

Could you give an update on the progrss of this s7 wifi calling support, as per the second list of this FAQ? This is crucial for coverage in old houses! Thanks 🙂

I've just replied elsewhere to your other question on this. [here].

If you could reply in that topic, we'll continue to help troubleshoot the matter further there.

Thanks, Kevin
