Customer Notice: Data Roaming is currently unavailable for some customers

We’re currently experiencing a technical issue that means some customers may be unable to use their Data whilst roaming.

Please bear with us, our technical team is working hard to fix this issue and full service will be restored as soon as possible.

 

This issue has now been resolved at 11:27 - 30/06/21

Welcome to the Community!

Firstly please ensure roaming is enabled on the iD Mobile app and your handset.

Are you connected to MEO or the NOS network?

You can manually select these networks via your network settings.

You’ll  also need to make sure you have the correct APN settings which you can find HERE
