expired pac code being issued

I am cancelling and returning my contract of sim only plan with id mobile.

 

I am repeatedly getting an expired pac code from id mobile which is the same as the pac code I received from my previous network.

 

I want to leave ID mobile ASAP but take my number with me. Issue me a new and valid pac code.
