For the first month everything was great, but from last week I have had no signal, no mobile date, can't txt or phone anyone. I can only phone out if I use WiFi calling. If I turn off my WiFi, the flight mode turns a light blue colour and knocks everything off, when I check if I'm in flight mode it says no. I have tried everything including rebooting and master reset of the phone. I think my handset is faulty I would like to know how I go about getting a new handset sent out. Thanks

Yes, all sorted now. I had to send my handset back to samsung to be looked at. Hopefully they will fix the problem and I will have a working handset back soon. Thanks for your help.
