Hellooooo to all our new Community members! And of course, welcome back to our existing ever loyal Community diehards. Good to see you all.
This is your monthly round-up of the most exciting things that have happened in the iD Community lately. Plus, we’re also giving you a sneak peek at some future plans. Let’s jump in…
New category cards...
If you head to the ‘Help Articles’ sections on the Community homepage, you’ll see 12 categories in gorgeous light green shaded boxes. They used to be boring old white, so we added a touch of colour and style to make them much easier on the eyes. And because they’re now a little more eye-catching, you’ll find what you’re looking for quicker.
New category banners…
The new colour and style continues when you select one of the Help Article category cards. You’ll notice that the category banners at the top of the page now stand out much more with their new green makeover.
New menu option…
We’ve added a ‘Blog’ option in the Community’s menu bar at the top of the page. We’ve got loads of amazing blog articles to share, so we thought we’d make it easier for you to dive right in there. If you’re in a mood for reading some great stuff, hit it!
New what’s new…
Cast your eyes down from the top of the homepage, and the first thing you’ll now see is a ‘New Community Content’ section. It does what it say on the tin, really – the very latest, shiniest, newest content at your fingertips!
And coming soon…
We’re working on making the Community homepage even easier to navigate. We can’t say much more for now, but our new layout will make it a cinch for you to go straight to the Help & Support you need, or hang out in the Community content area awhile. The choice is yours.

Not receiving the iD Newsletter? Well, simply login to the iD Mobile app, and go to the 'My Account' page, select 'Edit preferences' on the 'Keep me in the loop' tile, then select 'Email' and save your settings. Now you’ll be up to date with all the latest news, articles and competitions.
