Porting System Errors - RESOLVED

Hi all,


Just to let you all know we were experiencing issues affecting our PAC and STAC pages, which were giving customers error messages.


Our engineers have investigated the issue and completed testing, this has now been RESOLVED as of 10.30am on the 9th April.

Please refresh the porting page in your browser or close and reopen the iD mobile app to complete your request.


We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused
