Hi everyone,

We’ve realised that some customers whose payment due date is 14th April may have had payment debited twice this week. We're working as quickly as we can to automatically refund all impacted customers, and we’ll be in touch by SMS so there’s no need to call us. We apologise if you have been affected and we’ll get this sorted very soon.
