Dear ID Mobile team,
I am paying for two numbers on the same email address when I bought both numbers years ago I used the same email address. One of the numbers is registered with my email address and I was able to register and login to alter the plan but when I try to register the second number for a online account then I am told that the email address is already connected to another number and when I try to register the second number with an alternative email address then the registration is rejected and I am told that the email address does not match the email address on your system for the second number.
Please can you help me so that I can alter the plan for the second number.

If that is the message you are receiving, then it sounds to us like you’ve never registered the account in the first place.
If you enter the details relating to the account, you should be able to sign up without a problem.
If you have multiple iD numbers, each one will need registering separately with it’s own username and email address attached to it.
