I am a dad with 3 kids under 12. All have Id phones. Wouldn’t it be nice if I could manage all 3 phones in one place.
How can I do this? I heard of some 3rd party apps that help you to multi account manage. Is this true. ? Why did no one down at id see this as a service people would need. ?

there is no 3rd party app that I would recommend at all for managing your account and such a thing may be a scam so be wary.
We have fed back this already and we’re hoping this is something available in the coming future.
If your phone supports it (I think Huawei phones do) you can set-up App Clone.
But otherwise you can manage 1 via the website on 1 browser, 1 via the website on a different browser and then 1 via the app in the interim.
Not ideal but better than logging in each time.
