access to my ID account app

Hi I have an ID account that manages my sons phone. I cannot remember the password to my ID app. Because it’s his phone messages go to his number that I cannot see. Can you change my password so that i can acces the app on my virgin phone please.

Hello @s.cleeves,

We can’t change the password for you unfortunately.

You’ll need to submit the password change from the app/account and will need the code from him when the text is sent to him.
