Accessing the app

Has anyone experienced problems accessing the app? I keep getting the message "no valid content to display"

Hi Gwright, if you've encountered any problem with the app like this, we'd recommend you clear the app data first. If you have an Android phone, you can find the app list in Settings then choose to clear cache/ data.

You would then be prompted to log into the app with your username (email) and password.
