Accidentally activated a new sim

Just downloaded the Id app and I’ve accidentally pressed activated new sim please help

Unfortunately we wouldn't have a means of re-activating the old SIM now and would need to get a new one out to you.

If you can email our team at: communitysupport@idmobile.co.uk we can take some details there and get a new one out to you.

Hello @Lucie28,

As the new SIM has been activated, you should be able to pop the new SIM into your device to resume services. The old SIM won't be functioning anymore.

If you've recently ordered an upgrade, the new SIM should have arrived with it. If you're still waiting for delivery, it's best to wait for the SIM to arrive as I don't think it's possible to re-activate the old SIM.

Is there any reason you can't use the new SIM?

No I haven’t actually got a new sim and accidently pressed that I have and my service has gone etc can I reverse this?
