My mums account was managed by my husband, who has passed away. So she doesnt have any access to her phone bill etc or the app. Need to change bank details too.

Was it your husband who is the named account holder in question?  If so, let us know if so and we will send you a private message to obtain a photo/ scan of the Death Certificate in order to help you get the account closed or move the number away if needed.

 

If the account is in your mothers name.  Then we would need to speak to her directly in order to be able to help with any account queries of hers.  Either by her creating an account and messaging us here or by her contacting our Live Chat Team.
