Hi, I had an ID account but I transferred to a different provider but now I’ve come back to ID but when I log into my account it won’t show me what data I have it just says ‘error’

Hi @Millymolly14,

As you have come back to us and started a new contract, you will need to register a brand new account using a different username to access your information.
